How to use

Place the JATA T16 lid on a pan matching one of the compatible diameters (16, 18 or 20 cm) so the silicone rim seats evenly. Use the lid during simmering or steaming to retain moisture and heat; the transparent glass allows checking progress without removing it. The lid can be used when reheating food in the microwave and can be cleaned in a dishwasher or washed by hand with warm soapy water.

Recommendations

Avoid exposing the lid to sudden extreme temperature changes (for example, placing a hot lid onto cold water) to prevent thermal shock. Ensure the silicone rim is free of food debris before use to maintain a proper seal. Do not use on open flames or as a cooking surface.
