Key specifications

• Type: manual salt mill
• Material: wood with antique finish
• Height: 10 cm
• Grind adjustment: adjustable from coarse to fine
• Operation: manual crank/turn mechanism
• Suitable for: salt (non-anticaking recommended if using coarse crystals)

How to use

Fill the mill by removing the top knob and lid according to the manufacturer’s alignment method, pour in appropriate salt crystals and reassemble. Adjust the grind size by turning the adjustment knob to the desired setting. Hold the body with one hand and operate the top rotating mechanism with the other to grind salt directly onto food or into a container. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and avoid soaking the wooden parts to preserve the finish and mechanism.

Recommendations

Use dry, non-crumbly salt crystals suitable for manual mills; avoid wet or heavily iodized salts that may clog the mechanism. Store the mill in a dry place away from direct heat or prolonged moisture exposure. Periodically check the grinding mechanism for wear and follow simple care steps — wipe wood with a damp cloth and dry immediately — to maintain performance and appearance.
