PFERD 15842113 neulaviilasarja, 6-osainen, 160 mm, hienous 2, DIN 7283

Precision filing demands tools that hold their edge and stay true to form. The PFERD 15842113 needle file set delivers six essential profiles in a compact, workshop-ready wallet, each cut to a medium (Cut 2) tooth pattern that balances stock removal with a smooth finish. Unlike generic hobby files, these are manufactured to DIN 7283 from high-quality tool steel and oiled for corrosion protection, so they arrive ready for exacting work on steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and wood.

Highlights

• Six classic needle file shapes: flat, half-round, round, square, three-square, and knife.
• Medium cut (Cut 2) for controlled material removal and fine surface finish.
• 100 mm file length (without tang), 160 mm overall length for comfortable handling.
• DIN 7283 compliance ensures consistent geometry and tooth spacing.
• Supplied in a protective plastic wallet to keep profiles organized and protected.

In daily use

Toolmakers, model builders, and precision mechanics reach for this set when a full-size file is too coarse or too large. The bare tangs fit standard file handles, letting you choose the grip that suits your hand. The flat file cleans up straight edges, the half-round handles concave radii, the round reaches holes and tight curves, the square cuts sharp internal corners, the three-square gets into V-grooves, and the knife file tackles acute angles and slitting work. Because the steel is properly hardened and oiled, the teeth resist loading and rust during long sessions at the bench.
