Key specifications

• Contents: 25 hand tools including various combination pliers, long-nose pliers, diagonal cutters and specialty cutters

• Cutting capacity: suitable for soft and medium-hard wires and small metal components (varies by cutter type)

How to use

Select the appropriate plier or cutter for the task: use long-nose pliers for precision gripping in tight spaces, combination pliers for bending and holding, and diagonal cutters for cutting wire and small pins. Position the tool correctly on the workpiece, apply steady hand pressure and avoid twisting motions that could damage the tool or the material. For electrical work, use tools with insulated handles where required and disconnect power before cutting or stripping conductors. After use, clean residue from cutting edges and return each tool to its place in the case to maintain organization and protect the tools.

Recommendations

Inspect tools regularly for wear, deformation or damage. Replace or service cutters with dulled edges and avoid using pliers as hammers or prying tools. Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves when cutting or manipulating materials. Store the set in a dry location to prevent corrosion and periodically apply light lubrication to pivots for smooth operation.
