Pölysuodatin DEMCiflex 0319 — musta/harmaa, 142,2 × 147 mm

DEMCiflex 0319 is a black and grey dust filter sized 142.2 × 147 mm designed to be mounted over compatible ventilation openings, including vents of an EKWB XTC 140 mm radiator fan. The replaceable filtration panel captures airborne dust particles before they enter a computer case or coolers, helping to reduce dust accumulation on internal components and simplifying maintenance of cooling hardware. The slim profile preserves airflow while providing a fine mechanical barrier against common household and workshop dust.

Advantages

The DEMCiflex 0319 filter provides a balance of dust protection and airflow preservation thanks to its fine mesh and lightweight frame. It is easy to remove and replace for routine cleaning, allowing regular maintenance without tools in many installations. The neutral black and grey color integrates unobtrusively with most case interiors and external vents. Constructed for durability, the filter resists deformation when handled during installation and cleaning.

Suitable for

• Mounting over ventilation openings on computer cases and radiator fan housings
• Use with EKWB XTC 140 mm radiator fan vents
• Small workshops or home environments where airborne dust affects electronics
• Routine filter replacement and maintenance schedules

Key specifications

• Color: black and grey
• External dimensions: 142.2 mm (width) × 147 mm (height)
• Filter type: replaceable mechanical dust filter
• Compatibility: designed to cover ferrous and non-ferrous vents of EKWB XTC 140 mm radiator fan and other similarly sized openings
• Construction: lightweight frame with fine mesh filtration material

How to use

Place the DEMCiflex 0319 filter over the target vent so the frame sits flush against the ventilation surface. If the installation point uses magnetic attachment or screw mounting, align the filter accordingly and secure it using the original mounting method. For radiator fans such as the EKWB XTC 140 mm, ensure the filter does not contact rotating blades and leaves sufficient clearance for the fan hub. Remove the filter periodically, rinse or brush off collected dust according to the manufacturer cleaning guidance, allow it to dry fully, and then refit.

Recommendations

Clean the filter at regular intervals depending on ambient dust levels; inspect monthly in dusty environments and less frequently in clean rooms. When washing, use lukewarm water and a mild detergent if necessary, avoid high-pressure water streams, and make sure the filter is completely dry before reinstalling to prevent moisture ingress. Replace the filter if the mesh shows persistent clogging, damage, or deformation that affects airflow.
