Pöytä-USB-3.1-Gen-1-keskitin SILVERSTONE SST-UC03B-PRO – 7 USB-liitäntää

SILVERSTONE SST-UC03B-PRO is a desktop USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub that expands a PC or laptop connection with seven USB ports. The unit is intended for workstation use, providing additional interfaces for external drives, keyboards, mice, printers and mobile devices. It connects to a host computer via a single USB cable and distributes available USB 3.1 Gen 1 bandwidth among the connected devices while helping to organise cables on a desk.

Advantages

The hub supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 data rates for faster file transfer with compatible devices while remaining backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 peripherals. Its compact desktop design places multiple ports within easy reach, reducing the need to frequently access rear I/O. The device simplifies peripheral connections without requiring additional drivers on most modern operating systems and helps keep a workstation tidy by consolidating several cables into one hub.

Suitable for

• Connecting multiple external storage devices for data transfer and backup
• Attaching keyboards, mice and other USB input devices at a desktop workstation
• Charging and data syncing of mobile devices (subject to host port power limits)
• Connecting USB peripherals for home office or small business setups

Key specifications

• Interface: USB 3.1 Gen 1 host connection with multiple downstream USB ports
• Number of downstream ports: 7 USB ports
• Data transfer: USB 3.1 Gen 1 data rates (backward compatible with USB 2.0 / USB 1.1)
• Form factor: Desktop hub designed for placement on a work surface
• Power: Powered by host USB port (power distribution depends on host capabilities)

How to use

Place the hub on a flat surface near your computer and connect the hub to an available USB port on your PC or laptop using the included cable. Plug USB devices into the hub's downstream ports. The host system should recognise most devices automatically and configure drivers if required. For high-current devices or multiple storage drives, connect them one at a time and verify stable operation; if necessary use a powered USB port or an external power source that meets the device requirements.

Recommendations

For optimal performance when transferring large files or using multiple high-speed devices simultaneously, connect the hub to a USB 3.1 Gen 1 (or USB 3.0) port on your computer and avoid overloading the hub with power-hungry peripherals. Use an externally powered hub or powered host port if you plan to run several hard drives or charge multiple mobile devices at once.
