How to use

Mount the TBM 220 securely on a stable workbench or the optional KT 70 mini workbench using the threaded holes on the table. Connect the machine to a 230 V power supply and select the appropriate spindle speed for the material and drill bit size. Use the adjustable supports and table scale to position the workpiece, and lower the feed lever while monitoring the depth scale to achieve the required drilling depth. After use switch off power and clean the table and column to remove chips and dust.

Recommendations

Use appropriate drill bits and cutting speeds for the material to avoid overheating. Wear eye and hearing protection during operation and secure small workpieces with clamps or a vice. Do not use the machine in wet conditions and follow local waste disposal rules for packaging materials and electrical equipment.
