The Microconnect MPK102 RJ12 to RJ12 telephone cable is a 2 m white connection cable designed for voice communication equipment. It features RJ12 plugs on both ends and a slim, lightweight design that supports standard telephone line connections. The cable delivers a straightforward wired link between landline handsets, telephone base units and wall jacks, providing stable signal transmission for everyday use.

Advantages

This telephone cable offers a compact 2 m length that balances reach and tidy installation. The RJ12 connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with a wide range of telephony devices and wall sockets that accept six-position modular plugs. The white outer jacket provides a neutral appearance that blends into office or home environments while the low weight makes the cable easy to route and manage.

Suitable for

• Connecting desk telephones to wall telephone sockets
• Linking telephone handsets to base units
• Replacing worn or damaged telephone patch cables
• Temporary or permanent wiring in small offices and homes

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector type: RJ12 to RJ12 (six-position modular plugs)
• Cable colour: White
• Weight: 0.04 kg

How to use

Insert one RJ12 plug into the telephone base or handset socket and the other RJ12 plug into the wall jack or the corresponding device socket. Ensure each connector clicks into place to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching points; if necessary, use cable clips or ties to keep the cable tidy and prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid running the telephone cable parallel to high-voltage power lines or near large electric motors. Use the 2 m length where a short, direct connection is sufficient; for longer runs, choose a cable of appropriate length. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or damage and replace the cable if signal quality degrades.
