Reititin KEENETIC Hopper DSL KN-3610-01EN AX1800 Mesh Wi-Fi 6

The KEENETIC Hopper DSL KN-3610-01EN AX1800 Mesh Wi‑Fi 6 is a dual-band wireless router engineered to deliver stable home and small office connectivity. It integrates Gigabit VDSL support with Wi‑Fi 6 (802.11ax) performance, providing improved capacity and reduced latency for multiple simultaneous devices. The device is intended to extend coverage within mesh networks and to manage typical internet tasks such as streaming, online gaming, video conferencing and remote work with consistent throughput.

Advantages

The router offers AX1800 class wireless speeds across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, optimized for dense device environments. Built-in Gigabit VDSL compatibility enables direct connection to VDSL/ADSL lines without the need for a separate modem. Mesh network support allows seamless roaming and expanded coverage using additional compatible nodes. The unit also includes standard security and network management features for device prioritization, parental controls and firmware updates via a user-friendly interface.

Suitable for

• Homes and small offices requiring stable multi-device wireless access
• Streaming high-definition video and low-latency online gaming
• Remote work with video conferencing and cloud services
• Expanding wireless coverage via a mesh network

How to use

Connect the router to your VDSL telephone line or to a modem using the provided WAN port and attach any wired devices to the Gigabit LAN ports. Power on the unit and follow the on-screen instructions in the web interface or use the mobile application to complete initial setup: enter internet access credentials, configure wireless network names and passwords, and enable desired security and parental control settings. To build a mesh network, add compatible mesh nodes through the router’s network management interface and place them to ensure overlapping coverage.

Recommendations

Place the router centrally and elevated in the covered area to maximize signal distribution; avoid obstructions and sources of electromagnetic interference. Keep firmware updated for security and stability, and configure guest networks for visitor access to isolate primary devices. For improved performance in high-density environments, prioritize critical devices in QoS settings and use the 5 GHz band for bandwidth-intensive applications.
