Reppu DEUTER Aircontact Core 50+10 kaktus-ivy kestävä kevyt

DEUTER Aircontact Core 50+10 cactus-ivy is a multi-day trekking backpack with a 50-litre main capacity and a 10-litre extension option. The pack is built around the Aircontact back system that promotes effective load transfer and ventilation while keeping the load stable. Adjustable shoulder straps and a padded hip belt allow customization of fit for improved comfort on long hikes. The construction balances durability and reduced weight to suit extended trips where carrying a heavier kit is necessary but weight savings remain important.

Advantages

The Aircontact back system distributes weight from the shoulders to the hip belt for more efficient load carrying and reduced spinal strain. Ventilation channels in the back panel and breathable padding support airflow to reduce heat build-up during activity. The adjustable harness and hip belt enable a tailored fit to different torso lengths and hip sizes, increasing comfort and stability. Durable materials and reinforced stress points provide resistance to abrasion and prolonged outdoor use while keeping the overall pack relatively lightweight for its capacity.

How to use

Load heavier items close to the back and centered over the hip belt to maintain balance and reduce strain on the shoulders. Use the 10-litre top extension for additional clothing or items you need quick access to. Adjust the shoulder straps, hip belt and load lifters to achieve a snug fit where the majority of weight rests on the hips rather than the shoulders. Secure external attachment points and compress the load with side straps to keep gear stable on uneven terrain.

Recommendations

For comfortable multi-day use, set up the pack with typical load and test the fit at home: fine-tune strap positions and then make small adjustments on the trail. Regularly check seams and attachment points after heavy use and clean the pack according to the manufacturer's care instructions to preserve materials and ventilation performance.
