How to use

Assemble the Caso FW 2000 according to the instruction manual, selecting the desired grinding plate or attachment for the task. Select the appropriate speed based on meat texture — use lower speed for lean or delicate meats and higher speed for tougher cuts or larger quantities. Feed chilled, trimmed meat into the hopper in manageable pieces and avoid overloading the feed tray. Use the included pusher to guide meat toward the feed screw and switch off the appliance between batches when clearing blockages or changing plates. After use, disassemble removable parts for cleaning and follow drying and storage guidelines from the manual.

Recommendations

For best results, partially freeze meat (slightly firm but not frozen solid) before grinding to improve texture and reduce smearing. Trim excess sinew and large bones not intended for the grinder, and alternate fatty and lean pieces for balanced consistency. Clean all removable parts promptly after use and follow safety instructions to avoid contact with moving parts.
