How to use

Assemble the grinder according to the user manual, installing the desired strainer and the double-sided knife. Place prepared, chilled meat cut into appropriate pieces into the feed tray and switch the unit on using the on/off control. Feed meat through the hopper using the provided pusher, collecting the ground product at the outlet. Turn the unit off before disassembling for cleaning. Ensure the appliance is unplugged prior to any maintenance.

Recommendations

For best results, refrigerate meat before grinding and avoid overloading the grinder. Use the finer strainer for smooth textures and the coarser strainer for chunkier results. Clean all removable parts after each use and dry them thoroughly before reassembly.
