Salomon Quest 5 GTX naisten vaelluskengät - Iron/Excalibur/Endive - EU 37,5

When the trail turns steep, rocky, and wet, female hikers need a boot that won't let them down. The Salomon Quest 5 GTX is built for exactly those moments—crossing a rain-swollen stream, scrambling over roots, or grinding out the final ascent with a heavy pack. The Iron, Excalibur, and Endive colourway adds a bold yet earthy look that stands out on the mountain without shouting. A GORE-TEX membrane seals out water while letting sweat escape, so feet stay dry from both outside and inside. The nubuck leather and textile upper balances durability with breathability, and the Contagrip® TD outsole with 5 mm lugs bites into mud, loose gravel, and wet rock. Underfoot, the EnergyCell™ EVA midsole and Advanced Chassis™ work together to reduce fatigue and keep you stable on uneven ground. The high-cut design wraps the ankle for support, while the protective toecap and mudguard fend off rocks and debris. Inside, an OrthoLite® diecut insole adds long-lasting cushioning. At approximately 540 g per boot (EU 38), it's light enough for all-day hikes but tough enough for multi-day treks. And because it's PFC-free, you can explore with a lighter environmental footprint.

Good to know

Salomon recommends sizing up half a size for hiking boots to accommodate foot swelling on long descents. The GORE-TEX membrane is guaranteed to keep water out for the life of the boot. Pair with merino wool socks for best moisture management.
