Scarpa Instinct kiipeilykenkä - musta/oranssi - EU 43

Where most performance shoes force a choice between sensitivity and support, the Scarpa Instinct blends a moderately downturned, slightly asymmetric last with a full-length Flexan midsole and Bi-Tension Active Randing for a rare combination of precision, power, and all-day comfort. Sized EU 43 in a striking black/orange colourway, this unisex model is built for bouldering, sport climbing, and technical indoor sessions where edging confidence and heel hooking security matter most.

Highlights

• Vibram XS Grip 2 sole (3.5 mm) delivers exceptional friction on volumes, smears, and polished footholds.
• Bi-Tension Active Randing wraps the foot for reduced foot fatigue and increased toe power on steep terrain.
• Single Velcro strap closure offers quick on/off and a secure, adjustable fit.
• Large rubberized toe patch and tensioned heel cup provide reliable toe hooking and heel hooking performance.
• Microfiber upper is synthetic, unlined, and vegan-friendly, with a medium fit volume that suits a wide range of foot shapes.

In daily use

The Instinct feels precise yet forgiving from the first session. The FJW last (slightly asymmetric, moderately downturned) balances performance with comfort, so you can keep your shoes on between burns without excessive toe cramping. The Flexan 1.0 mm midsole adds support under the forefoot, while the slip-lasted construction keeps the shoe sensitive enough for subtle smears. On steep boulders or long sport routes, the Bi-Tension rand actively pulls power through the arch, reducing fatigue and improving edging stability. The single Velcro strap makes transitions fast, and the unlined synthetic upper won't stretch out over time, maintaining a consistent fit.
