SDS‑Hex-kärkitaltta 410 mm, EINHELL (49191145) purku- ja muuraustöihin

EINHELL Spitzmeissel 410 mm Hex 49191145 is a pointed chisel attachment designed for use with rotary hammers that accept an SDS-hex shank. With an overall length of 410 mm and a robust metallic construction, this chisel is intended for demanding chipping, chiselling and demolition tasks on concrete, masonry and similar materials. Supplied as a single piece, the tool provides extended reach and a concentrated striking point for precise material removal during construction and renovation jobs.

Advantages

The solid metal construction offers durability and resistance to deformation under heavy use, while the hex shank provides secure retention in compatible rotary hammers. The 410 mm length increases working reach and allows access to deeper joints or recesses without the need for additional extensions. The pointed profile concentrates impact energy at a fine tip, improving precision when starting cracks, removing mortar or breaking small areas of material.

Suitable for

• Breaking and chipping concrete and reinforced concrete
• Removing masonry, bricks and mortar joints
• Demolition work in renovation and construction sites
• Creating starter points for larger demolition operations

Key specifications

• Overall length: 410 mm
• Shank type: SDS-hex (hexagonal) compatible with demolition hammers featuring SDS-hex sockets
• Tip style: pointed chisel for concentrated impact
• Material: solid metallic construction designed for heavy-duty use
• Supply: single-piece chisel

How to use

Insert the SDS-hex shank fully into the rotary hammer's hex socket and secure according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Position the pointed tip against the work surface at the intended starting point and apply controlled hammering action from the rotary hammer. Use steady, guided strokes to chip away material; for larger areas, work methodically from starter points outward. Observe recommended operating modes and ensure the hammer settings match the task (impact/chisel mode as appropriate).

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and dust mask. Keep the chisel tip sharp and free of heavy burrs; inspect the shank and tip for damage before each use. Use the correct hammer settings and avoid excessive sideways bending loads to prolong service life. Store the chisel in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
