Kaapeli Mini DisplayPort HDMI S/CONN BS10-72035

The S/CONN BS10-72035 is a 2 m Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Type A cable designed to transmit high-definition video and audio between compatible devices. With a Mini DisplayPort connector on one end and a standard HDMI Type A connector on the other, the cable enables direct connection of laptops, ultrabooks or mini PCs with Mini DisplayPort output to monitors, TVs and projectors with HDMI input. Its black jacket and compact connectors suit both home and office setups where a reliable wired signal path is required.

Advantages

This 2 m Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable provides stable digital video and audio transmission and eliminates the need for an active adapter when connecting a Mini DisplayPort source to an HDMI display that accepts DP++ (DisplayPort++). The cable's connectors are designed for a snug fit, reducing accidental disconnects, while the length offers flexible placement without excess slack. The cable's neutral black colour integrates unobtrusively with most AV setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops or mini PCs with Mini DisplayPort output to HDMI monitors or TVs
• Extending desktop space by attaching an external display for productivity
• Presentations and classroom or meeting-room setups using HDMI projectors
• Home entertainment systems where a Mini DisplayPort source must feed an HDMI display

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector 1: Mini DisplayPort (male)
• Connector 2: HDMI Type A (Standard, male)
• Supported signals: digital video and audio over a single cable
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect the Mini DisplayPort end to the source device's Mini DisplayPort output and the HDMI Type A end to the display's HDMI input. Select the appropriate input on the target display and, if necessary, configure the display settings on the source device to mirror or extend the desktop and adjust resolution or audio output. Ensure both devices are powered on during connection and that cables are inserted fully to achieve a stable signal.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use the cable for direct short-to-medium distance connections (up to 2 m) and avoid tight bends near the connector heads. Confirm that the source device supports output over Mini DisplayPort to HDMI (DP++ or native HDMI compatibility). If the display does not show a signal, check display input selection and system display settings; in environments with multiple displays, explicitly choose the desired output resolution to match the connected monitor or TV.
