With an overall length of 220 mm and a head width of 45 mm, the brush offers a balance between surface coverage and fine control for both home cooks and professional kitchens.

Advantages

Silicone bristles resist staining and odors and are easy to clean, making the brush suitable for repeated use with sweet and savory preparations. The wooden handle provides a secure grip and a traditional feel while keeping the tool lightweight. The flat 45 mm head enables even application of coatings and reduces dripping, supporting accurate portioning of glazes and sauces.

Suitable for

• Applying egg wash and butter to pastries and bread
• Spreading glazes on cakes and tarts
• Coating meat and poultry with marinades or sauces
• Oiling baking pans and grill surfaces

Key specifications

• Brush type: flat brush with silicone bristles
• Head width: 45 mm
• Total length: 220 mm
• Handle material: wood
• Bristle material: heat-resistant silicone

How to use

Hold the wooden handle comfortably and dip the silicone head into the glaze, sauce or oil. Lightly tap or wipe the brush against the container edge to remove excess, then apply evenly across the surface using smooth strokes. For delicate pastries, use gentle short strokes; for larger surfaces, use longer strokes for uniform coverage. After use, rinse the brush under warm water and wash with mild detergent if needed; silicone bristles dry quickly and resist retaining food odor.

Recommendations

To protect the wooden handle, avoid prolonged soaking; dry the handle thoroughly after washing. Use the brush on warm, not directly flaming, surfaces and avoid exposure to open flame. For best performance, replace the brush if the wooden handle becomes damaged or the silicone head shows deformation from extended high-heat exposure.
