Steinel malli 110037581 kulmasuutin — yhteensopiva kiinnitys kuumailmatyökaluihin

Angle Flat Nozzle Steinel model 110037581 — compatible attachment for heat tools is a replacement angled flat nozzle designed to concentrate and direct hot air from compatible Steinel heat guns. The flattened, offset profile produces a narrow, controlled airflow that reaches confined or angled work areas without exposing surrounding surfaces to excessive heat. It is intended for tasks requiring focused heating such as shrinking tubing, softening adhesives, paint stripping in small sections and localized drying or bending of plastics.

Advantages

The nozzle’s angled flat shape provides precise airflow direction and reduced heat spread, enabling more accurate work in tight spots. It is simple to fit and remove from compatible Steinel heat tools, offering stable attachment for repeatable results. Constructed from heat-resistant materials, the nozzle withstands typical operating temperatures of professional heat guns while maintaining its shape and alignment for consistent performance.

Suitable for

• Shrinking heat-shrink tubing in confined or panel-mounted wiring
• Paint or varnish removal in narrow sections
• Localized drying of adhesives, sealants or damp spots
• Softening or bending small plastic components
• Targeted thawing of frozen pipes or fittings in specific areas

Key specifications

• Nozzle shape: angled flat profile for narrow, directional airflow
• Compatibility: designed for use with compatible Steinel heat tools and similar heat guns
• Material: heat-resistant metal alloy suitable for elevated temperatures
• Heat direction: focused output to limit surrounding heat exposure
• Attachment: slip-on or clamp-style fit for quick installation and removal

How to use

Attach the nozzle to the heat tool according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring a secure fit before switching on the heat gun. Set the heat gun to an appropriate temperature and airflow for the material and task; begin at a lower temperature and increase as needed while keeping the nozzle aimed at the target area from a safe distance. Move the nozzle steadily to avoid overheating a single spot and allow the workpiece to cool naturally when the operation is complete.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as heat-resistant gloves and eye protection. Ensure adequate ventilation when working with paint, adhesives or other coatings. Avoid prolonged exposure of sensitive surfaces to direct heat and do not block the nozzle opening during operation.
