Tarjoilupannu Ballarini SALINA 28 cm keraamisella pinnoitteella ja lasikannella

Ballarini SALINA serving pan 28 cm with ceramic coating and glass lid is a versatile cookware piece designed for both cooking and table presentation. The 28 cm diameter offers a practical cooking surface for family meals and small gatherings. The ceramic nonstick coating enables easier frying and sautéing with less oil, while the glass lid retains heat and moisture and allows visual monitoring of the dish without removing the lid. The pan’s shape and finishing are adapted for transferring food directly from stove to table.

Advantages

The ceramic nonstick surface provides improved food release and simpler cleanup compared with traditional surfaces. The glass lid helps maintain consistent temperature and moisture, reducing the need for constant attention during simmering or keeping food warm. Constructed with attention to even heat distribution, the pan supports uniform cooking across the 28 cm surface. The design balances cooking performance with a presentation-friendly appearance suitable for serving.

How to use

Use the Ballarini SALINA serving pan on an appropriate stovetop at medium to medium-high heat for frying and sautéing. Preheat the pan briefly before adding a small amount of oil or butter when required by the recipe. Place the glass lid to retain heat and moisture during simmering or when keeping food warm prior to serving. Avoid using metal utensils that can scratch the ceramic surface; opt for wooden, silicone or nylon tools to preserve the coating. Clean the pan after use according to care instructions, allowing it to cool before washing.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the ceramic coating, avoid high empty-pan heating and rapid temperature changes. Hand washing with mild detergent and a soft sponge is recommended. Inspect the base and handle fittings periodically and follow stove compatibility notes to ensure safe, long-term use.
