Tarra AVERY 6984-2025 VDE-hyväksytty vihreä vinyyli, 30 mm halkaisija

AVERY 6984-2025 VDE approved green vinyl labels are 30 mm diameter circular markers designed for electrical and technical identification where VDE certification is required. The label is made of durable vinyl that resists abrasion and routine handling, providing clear, long-lasting marking for cables, components and equipment in professional installations and maintenance environments. The green color provides high visibility for color-coded systems and quick visual identification.

Advantages

These VDE approved labels combine a robust vinyl face with a pressure-sensitive adhesive engineered for secure application on plastic, metal and insulated cable surfaces. The construction ensures good resistance to wear, fading and light mechanical stress while maintaining legibility. The 30 mm diameter offers a balance between visible marking area and space efficiency on crowded panels and cable bundles.

Suitable for

• Color-coding and identification of electrical cables and wires
• Marking components, terminal blocks and junction boxes
• Equipment labeling in workshops, control cabinets and maintenance areas
• Installation and service operations that require VDE-compliant marking

Key specifications

• Shape: circular
• Material: durable vinyl face
• Diameter: 30 mm
• Color: green
• Adhesive: pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for smooth surfaces and insulated cables
• Certification: VDE approved for electrical identification applications

How to use

Before application, clean and dry the surface to remove oil, dust or loose particles. Peel the label from its liner and position it on the target surface, applying firm pressure to ensure full contact of the adhesive. For best results on curved or small-diameter cables, smooth the label from the center outward to avoid air pockets. Allow a short dwell time for the adhesive to develop full bond strength before exposing the label to mechanical stress or harsh conditions.

Recommendations

Store labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance and color stability. For long-term installations, test adhesion on representative materials and surfaces. Use the green vinyl labels as part of a consistent color-coding scheme to improve traceability and maintenance efficiency.
