Tarrat Zebra Z-Perform 1000T valkoinen paperi lämpösiirto 6,35x3,81 cm

Zebra Z-Perform 1000T White Paper Thermal Transfer 6.35x3.81 cm labels are plain white paper labels designed for thermal transfer printing. Each label measures 6.35 cm wide and 3.81 cm high and is supplied on rolls with a 7.62 cm core. A single roll contains 3,634 die-cut labels, suitable for continuous, high-volume printing in industrial, retail, or administrative environments.

Advantages

These white paper labels are optimized for thermal transfer printers, providing consistent print quality and clear barcodes, text and simple graphics when used with compatible thermal transfer ribbons. The roll format with a 7.62 cm core supports many desktop and industrial label printers and reduces changeover frequency thanks to the high label count per roll. The paper face offers good ink receptivity and immediate dry time after printing when used with recommended thermal transfer consumables.

Suitable for

• Barcode and SKU labeling in retail and warehousing
• Shipping and address labels for parcels and cartons
• Product identification and inventory tagging
• Batch and lot tracking in light industrial environments

Key specifications

• Label material: white paper face
• Printing technology: thermal transfer
• Label size: 6.35 cm (width) x 3.81 cm (height)
• Labels per roll: 3,634
• Roll core diameter: 7.62 cm

How to use

Install the roll into a compatible thermal transfer label printer according to the printer manufacturer's loading instructions. Use a suitable thermal transfer ribbon selected for paper face stocks to achieve optimal print durability and contrast. Configure printer settings for label width and height (6.35 x 3.81 cm) and adjust print density and speed for the best balance of quality and throughput. After printing, allow labels to dry briefly if heavy ribbon coverage is used and apply labels to clean, dry surfaces for best adhesion.

Recommendations

For consistent barcode readability and prolonged scannability, pair these paper labels with a resin or wax-resin ribbon depending on exposure conditions. Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity to preserve adhesive performance and paper integrity. Test print settings before large production runs to confirm print density and alignment.
