Koaksiaalikaapeli Preisner TAK2050 5 m

The Preisner TAK2050 5m coaxial cable by Televes is a 5-meter lead with IEC male connectors on both ends, designed for reliable transmission of audio and video signals. Constructed to reduce electromagnetic interference and preserve signal integrity over moderate distances, this coaxial cable is suitable for connecting televisions, set-top boxes, satellite receivers, tuners and other RF devices where a standard IEC-to-IEC lead is required.

Advantages

This coaxial cable provides consistent impedance matching and shielding that help minimize signal loss and external interference. The 5 m length offers flexibility for device placement without excessive slack, while the IEC connectors ensure simple, secure connections to common consumer AV and broadcast equipment. The cable construction emphasizes durability for repeated connection and handling.

How to use

Align the IEC connectors with the female IEC sockets on your devices and push gently until the connector seats fully. Ensure both ends are firmly connected to avoid intermittent signal loss. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends or crushing, and keep it away from power cables and strong EMI sources where possible. For wall or fixed installations, use cable clips or trunking to secure the cable and prevent strain on connector ends.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable for distances up to 5 meters without additional amplification and avoid running the cable parallel to mains wiring. Inspect connectors for damage before installation and replace the lead if shielding or connector integrity is compromised.
