Trotec TroPly Ultra Reverse PUR401-209 läpinäkyvä/musta, 3,2 mm - puolikkaat levyt

For signage that must stay crisp and legible under heavy handling, the TroPly Ultra Reverse PUR401-209 pairs a glossy transparent surface with a matte black core. Unlike standard two-layer laminates that scratch easily and show wear, this modified acrylic sheet is engraved from the back, so the black layer shows through the clear protective cap. The result is a smooth, cleanable face that resists abrasion, chemicals, and UV exposure—ideal for nameplates, industrial labels, and awards that need to look professional for years.

Highlights

• Reverse-engravable: laser or rotary engrave the back side, leaving the front surface perfectly smooth and easy to clean.
• Durable modified acrylic: glossy transparent cap over matte black core offers good impact resistance and chemical tolerance.
• UV-stable for indoor and outdoor use: withstands temperatures from -30°C to +80°C without significant fading or warping.
• Half-sheet convenience: 610 x 305 mm size reduces waste for small to medium production runs.
• 3.2 mm thickness provides rigidity for standalone signs, nameplates, and display panels.

In daily use

This laminate cuts cleanly on standard engraving systems and accepts both laser and rotary engraving with a typical depth of 0.1 mm. The black core gives high contrast for text and graphics, while the transparent cap protects the engraved detail from dirt, fingerprints, and mild abrasion. It is suitable for applications where labels must endure frequent wiping, light chemical exposure, or outdoor weather. Because the sheet is rigid and has no adhesive backing, it is best mounted with screws, standoffs, or double-sided tape (not included).
