Tuuletin Noiseblocker BlackSilent Pro PR-1

The Noiseblocker BlackSilent Pro PR-1 is a 60 mm computer case fan engineered for compact, low-noise cooling in PC chassis and small electronic enclosures. Designed to run at 12 V, the fan reaches up to 1800 RPM and provides an airflow of approximately 20 m³/h while maintaining a small profile of 60 mm × 60 mm × 25 mm. Its design focuses on balancing cooling performance and acoustic comfort for systems where space is limited and noise levels matter.

Advantages

The BlackSilent Pro PR-1 combines a compact form factor with moderate airflow and relatively high rotational speed for its size, offering effective local cooling for tight spaces. Its construction emphasizes quiet operation to reduce audible disturbance in noise-sensitive environments. The standardized 60 mm diameter and 25 mm thickness allow straightforward mounting in a variety of small form-factor cases, rack equipment, or specialized electronics.

Suitable for

• Small desktop or compact PC cases with 60 mm fan mounts
• Cooling of switches, routers, NAS enclosures and other network equipment
• Local cooling for graphics or storage add-on cards with restricted airflow
• Replacement fan in legacy systems or industrial control cabinets

Key specifications

• Fan diameter: 60 mm
• Dimensions: 60 mm × 60 mm × 25 mm
• Rated voltage: 12 V
• Maximum speed: 1800 RPM
• Airflow: ~20 m³/h
• Form factor: 60 mm case fan

How to use

Install the fan into a 60 mm mount inside the computer case or equipment chassis, aligning the airflow direction indicated on the fan housing with the intended intake or exhaust path. Secure the fan with appropriate screws or rubber mounts to reduce vibration transmission. Connect the fan to a 12 V fan header or a compatible power source, observing correct polarity. If your motherboard or controller supports it, monitor the fan speed and adjust via BIOS or fan control software to balance cooling and noise. Ensure the fan has adequate clearance from cables and components to avoid obstructions that reduce airflow or create additional noise.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, periodically inspect the fan for dust buildup and clean blades with compressed air while powered off. Use low-vibration mounting and, where possible, configure fan control to keep RPMs at the lowest setting that maintains required temperatures to prolong fan life and minimize noise.
