Valvontakamera Reolink Argus Series B420 standardkamera

The Reolink Argus Series B420 Standard Camera is a battery-powered surveillance camera equipped with a dedicated solar panel for extended autonomous operation. It records in 1080p HD, provides infrared night vision and PIR motion detection, and includes two-way audio for remote communication. The camera’s weatherproof housing makes it suitable for outdoor installation while also functioning indoors. Remote live view, motion alerts and recorded footage access are available through the Reolink mobile and desktop apps.

Advantages

The Reolink Argus B420 combines 1080p resolution with a low-power design and solar charging to reduce maintenance and the need for frequent battery swaps. Built-in night vision and motion detection enhance security coverage after dark, while two-way audio allows voice communication with visitors or responders. The camera’s weather-resistant construction supports reliable operation in a range of outdoor conditions. Remote access via the Reolink app enables live streaming, playback and alert management from a smartphone or computer.

Recommendations

Position the camera at a height that avoids direct glare from streetlights or sunlight to improve image quality. For optimal solar charging, tilt the solar panel toward the sun and clean the panel periodically. Adjust PIR sensitivity to reduce false alerts from small animals or moving foliage, and enable scheduled recording or motion zones in the app to focus monitoring on priority areas.
