Suitable for

• Removing old grout from ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles
• Renewing joints in bathrooms, kitchens and wet areas
• Preparing tiled floors and walls for re-grouting
• Small renovation and maintenance jobs on masonry joints

Key specifications

• Includes multiple hand tools sized for common grout widths
• Materials selected for wear resistance during grout removal
• Ergonomic handles for manual operation and control
• Compact kit layout for storage and transport

How to use

Begin by removing loose debris and cleaning the tile surface. Select the appropriate tool from the kit for the joint width and carefully work along the joint to remove old grout to the recommended depth, keeping movement steady to avoid damaging adjacent tiles. After vacuuming or brushing out dust, apply the chosen re-grout compound with a suitable applicator, then smooth and shape the joint to the desired profile. Allow the new grout to cure according to the grout manufacturer’s instructions before exposing the surface to water or heavy use.

Recommendations

Use protective eyewear and gloves when removing old grout to prevent irritation from dust and debris. For best results combine the kit with compatible re-grout compounds and follow curing times. On delicate or natural stone tiles test a small area first and proceed slowly to avoid surface damage.
