Use the in-line or device controls to answer or end calls, mute the microphone, and adjust volume.

Recommendations

For best voice quality, use the headset in quiet or moderately noisy environments and ensure the noise-cancelling microphone is correctly positioned. Keep device drivers and the Microsoft Teams client updated to maintain compatibility and access call-control features. When not in use, store the headset in a dry place and avoid sharp bends in the cable to prolong service life.
