The Yealink UH44 Mono Teams USB-C/A is a single-ear headset designed for professional communication with Microsoft Teams. It combines a lightweight, adjustable headband and soft ear cushion with a noise-cancelling microphone and USB-C connectivity that also supports USB-A via adapter. The headset provides clear voice transmission and simplified plug-and-play setup for desktop and laptop environments, suitable for office desks, hot-desking, and remote workstations.

Advantages

The UH44 Mono Teams headset delivers clear speech pickup through a directional noise-cancelling microphone that reduces background sounds. The lightweight build and adjustable headband ensure a tailored fit, and the soft ear pad supports extended wear without discomfort. USB-C connectivity with USB-A compatibility enables broad device support and quick connection without additional drivers on supported platforms. The design is optimized for Microsoft Teams, including inline controls for call management and volume adjustment.

Suitable for

• Office and call centre agents handling frequent voice calls
• Remote workers and home office setups using Microsoft Teams
• Hybrid workplaces with shared desks and hot-desking
• Video conferencing and online meetings requiring clear voice transmission

Key specifications

• Form factor: mono (single-ear) on-ear headset
• Microphone: directional noise-cancelling boom microphone
• Connectivity: USB-C with USB-A adapter compatibility (plug-and-play)
• Compatibility: optimized for Microsoft Teams and standard USB audio on compatible systems
• Comfort: adjustable headband and soft ear cushion for extended use
• Controls: inline call answer/end and volume controls
• Weight: lightweight design for reduced fatigue during prolonged wear

How to use

Connect the headset to a computer or device using the USB-C plug; if your device requires USB-A, use the included adapter. Wait for the operating system to recognize the USB audio device — most systems and Microsoft Teams will accept the headset as the audio input and output automatically. Position the boom microphone close to the mouth but slightly to the side to prevent breath noise, and adjust the headband and ear cushion for a comfortable fit. Use the inline controls to answer or end calls and adjust volume during a meeting.

Recommendations

For best voice clarity, keep the microphone boom about 1–2 cm from the corner of your mouth and avoid placing it directly in front of your mouth. Use the headset in environments with minimal reflective noise and ensure firmware or application updates for Microsoft Teams are applied on the host device to maintain compatibility.
