GreenPan CC009167-001 is a 28 cm all-purpose frying pan designed for everyday stovetop cooking. The pan features a 24.5 cm bottom cooking surface, a stainless-steel base that ensures flatness and even heat distribution, and a durable Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating that is free of PFAS. Finished in black with a recyclable design and a detachable stainless-steel handle, this pan is oven safe up to 200°C and weighs 1.72 kg. The combination of a large cooking surface and the Balance Pro base aims to deliver consistent results for frying, sautéing and other general cooking tasks.

Advantages

The Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating provides effective food release without PFAS chemicals, simplifying cooking and cleaning. The stainless-steel base improves heat conduction and keeps the pan flat on the hob for even cooking. Made with recycled aluminium and a detachable handle, the pan supports easier recycling and reduces transport volume. Oven-safe construction up to 200°C expands its versatility beyond stovetop use.

How to use

Preheat the pan gently on low to medium heat before adding oil or ingredients to protect the ceramic non-stick surface. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the Thermolon coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to prolong the non-stick performance. The detachable handle should be removed if specified by the manufacturer for oven use and reattached before storing or using on the stovetop.

Recommendations

Avoid exposing the pan to very high direct heat beyond the specified oven-safe limit (200°C) and do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool on the ceramic surface. When transporting or storing, detach the handle if applicable to save space and follow local recycling guidelines for the aluminium and steel components.
