19 tuuman harjapaneeli LANBERG AK-1106-S — harmaa, kaapelinhallinta 1U rack-aukkoon

LANBERG 19" Brush Panel AK-1106-S in gray is a 1U rack accessory designed to provide a brush-sealed cable entry point for 19" equipment racks. The unit installs into a single U opening at the front of a rack or cabinet and creates an organized pass-through for cables while helping to limit dust ingress and reduce turbulence in rack airflow. Its slim profile and soft brush elements allow multiple cables to be routed without large gaps that would otherwise compromise containment of cooling air.

Advantages

The brush panel offers a durable but flexible entry that protects cable insulation from sharp metal edges and keeps cable runs tidy. The brush filaments conform to different cable diameters, enabling mixed cable types to pass through the same opening. By minimizing open space in the rack front it contributes to more predictable airflow and improved thermal management of installed equipment. Its standard 19" width and 1U height ensure compatibility with common server racks and network cabinets.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data centers where controlled airflow and dust reduction are required
• Network cabinets and patch panels for organized cable routing
• Telecom racks and equipment enclosures with front cable entry needs
• Environments with mixed power and data cables requiring protected pass-throughs

Key specifications

• Form factor: 19-inch, 1U front mounting
• Color: gray finish for neutral rack appearance
• Brush sealing: dense filament brush for flexible cable entry and dust protection
• Material: metal frame with polymer brush elements for durability and smooth cable passage
• Mounting: front-mount design compatible with standard 19" rack rails

How to use

Install the brush panel into a free 1U slot on the front of the rack by fastening it to the rack rails using standard 19" mounting screws. Route cables through the brush opening, allowing the filaments to conform around individual or bundled cables. Position the panel in a location that aligns with your cable management plan to minimize cable bends and to maintain clear airflow paths within the cabinet. Regularly inspect the brush elements for wear and clear any accumulated dust to preserve sealing performance.

Recommendations

Use the LANBERG brush panel where front-facing cabling is frequent and airflow control is important. Avoid forcing very large, sharp, or rigid items through the brush; if necessary, use a nearby blanking panel or dedicated cable grommet for oversized conduits. Periodic cleaning and visual inspection will extend service life and help maintain effective dust reduction and thermal performance.
