Rack mounting rails 1U for Sophos XGS 2300 3100 3300 provide a metal support solution designed to fit Sophos XGS appliances into a standard 19-inch server rack. These rails create a secure 1U mounting position for the specified XGS models, enabling stable installation, straightforward servicing and consistent alignment within data centre cabinets and network racks.

Advantages

The 1U rack rails are constructed from durable metal to offer reliable load-bearing capacity and long-term mechanical stability. They maintain correct positioning of the appliance within a rack, simplify slide-in and removal during maintenance, and reduce strain on chassis mounting points. The rails are compatible with the specified Sophos XGS appliances, ensuring correct spacing and alignment with standard rack units.

For removal, support the appliance, release any retention mechanisms, and slide the unit out along the rails to access internal components for maintenance.

Recommendations

Use the rails together with compatible rack hardware and follow your cabinet manufacturer’s load ratings. Verify rack unit spacing and clearance for airflow and cabling before installation. When servicing, ensure power is removed or the device is properly isolated and supported to prevent accidental drops or damage.
