How to use

Hold the ear plug by the stem or finger grip, gently pull the top of the ear up and back to straighten the ear canal, and insert the plug until it seals comfortably. The tri-flange shape is designed to sit securely without rolling. When removing, twist gently while pulling to avoid abrupt removal. After use, rinse the plugs with mild soap and water, allow them to dry fully, and store them in the supplied belt-clip case.
