3M Hookit hiomalaikat 255P P400 150 mm, 100 kpl:n pakkaus

Pack of 100 3M Hookit sanding discs model 255P, P400 grit, 150 mm diameter with LD600A hole pattern. These abrasive discs are designed for fine sanding and finishing on painted surfaces, primers and wood. The Hookit attachment backing allows fast and secure disc changes on compatible backing pads, providing consistent surface preparation for subsequent coating, polishing or sealing steps.

Advantages

These 3M Hookit sanding discs combine a uniform P400 abrasive grain with a strong resin bond to deliver even material removal and long life during fine sanding. The 150 mm diameter covers a useful working area for handheld and machine sanding, while the LD600A hole pattern supports efficient dust extraction when used with appropriately matched backing pads and vacuum systems. The Hookit hook-and-loop attachment ensures quick replacement to minimise downtime in workshop or production environments.

How to use

Select a compatible Hookit backing pad with the LD600A hole pattern and attach the disc by aligning holes and pressing firmly to engage the hook-and-loop fastening. Use the disc on an orbital or random orbital sander at the manufacturer’s recommended speeds for fine grit abrasives. Apply even light pressure and keep the tool moving to avoid creating grooves; check the surface regularly and replace discs when the abrasive becomes loaded or worn to maintain a consistent finish.

Recommendations

For optimal dust control and longer abrasive life, use these discs with a dust-extraction system and a backing pad that matches the LD600A hole pattern. Store discs flat in a dry environment away from direct heat or sunlight to preserve adhesive performance and abrasive consistency.
