Deburring, cleaning, and finishing on contoured metal, plastic, and composite surfaces often requires a tool that can reach into corners and adapt to irregular shapes without loading or losing its cutting action. The 3M Radial Bristle Brush K120 150x12x25.4mm BB-ZB Type C Curved addresses this with flexible ceramic abrasive bristles that conform to workpiece contours while providing a consistent 120-grit finish.

Who is it for

This brush is intended for metalworkers, fabricators, and finishers who need to remove light burrs, blend surface imperfections, or prepare parts for coating. It is suitable for use on metals, plastics, and composites where a medium abrasive action is required.

Main features

• Radial bristle design with proprietary ceramic abrasive grain embedded in polymer bristles
• 120 grit (K120) for medium surface refinement
• Curved brush shape (Type C) for improved access to contours and edges
• Non-loading bristles resist clogging and maintain cutting performance
• Maximum operating speed: 8,000 RPM
