ABB OT80F4C 4-napainen 80A vaihtokytkin (kahva ei sisälly) 1SCA105418R1001

In industrial and commercial power distribution, switching between two separate power sources—such as mains and backup generator—requires a robust, reliable change-over switch. The ABB OT80F4C is a 4-pole, 80 A load transfer switch engineered for exactly that task, ensuring safe and efficient source changeover without interruption.

Who is it for

This switch is intended for panel builders, electricians, and facility managers who need a compact, front-operated change-over solution for low-voltage distribution boards. It suits applications where manual switching between two independent supplies is required, such as in backup power systems, industrial machinery, or commercial buildings.

Main features

• 4-pole construction for complete isolation of all phases and neutral.
• Rated operational current of 80 A (AC-21A/22A/23A at 400 V), suitable for a wide range of loads.
• Rated operational voltage up to 690 V AC, with insulation voltage of 750 V for enhanced safety margins.
• Front-operated mechanism for easy integration into control panels.
• Base mounting design for secure installation.
• Screw terminals accept conductors from 1.5 to 50 mm², accommodating various wiring sizes.
• Mechanical durability of 20,000 cycles and electrical durability of 1,500 cycles for long service life.
• Operating temperature range from -25°C to +70°C, suitable for demanding environments.
