ACT harmaa 0,15 metrin LSZH U/FTP CAT6A datakeskuksen Slimline-patchkaapeli lukituskynsien suojalla RJ45-liittimillä

The ACT Grey 0.15m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A Slimline Patch Cable Snagless is a slim-diameter Ethernet patch cord designed for data center and network cabinet use. With a 0.15 m length, U/FTP shielding and LSZH jacket, it supports high-speed CAT6A data transmission while reducing cable bulk and improving airflow in racks. The snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts provide reliable connections and protect the plug latch during installation.

Advantages

This slimline CAT6A U/FTP cable has a smaller diameter (approximately 3.8 mm) compared with regular CAT6A patch cords, which lowers bending radius and helps improve airflow inside server racks and network cabinets. The LSZH jacket reduces toxic fumes in case of fire. Snagless RJ45 connectors and gold-plated contacts ensure secure mating and corrosion resistance. While the cable uses thin conductors (compatible with 32 AWG patching), users should note increased attenuation at higher frequencies compared with thicker 22–26 AWG cords.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections in data centers and server racks
• High-density network cabinets and space-constrained installations
• Environments requiring LSZH materials for safety

Key specifications

• Brand: ACT
• Model / MPN: DC7030
• EAN: 8716065518740
• Category: CAT6A U/FTP Slimline Patch Cable
• Length: 0.15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, snagless

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network port of a switch, patch panel or device and the other plug to the corresponding port. Route the slimline cable through the rack or cabinet to minimize obstruction of airflow and use appropriate cable management to avoid tight bends beyond the cable's bending radius. The snagless design protects the latch when pulling the cable through cable channels or trays.

Recommendations

For PoE deployments, limit bundled groups to a maximum of 24 cables to avoid excessive temperature rise; this aligns with ACT guidance and the ANSI TSB-184-A limit that the center cable’s temperature increase should remain below 15 °C above ambient. Consider using thicker-gauge patch cords (22–26 AWG) where minimal attenuation at higher frequencies is critical.
