ACT punainen 0,25 metrin U/UTP CAT6 -verkkokaapeli snagless RJ45-liittimillä

The ACT Red 0.25 meter U/UTP CAT6 patch cable is a short, high-performance networking cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections in compact installations. The cable uses CAT6 cabling technology compatible with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) speeds and features RJ45 connectors with snagless boots and gold-plated contacts to maintain stable connectivity. The U/UTP construction helps reduce electromagnetic interference for cleaner signal transmission, while the 0.25 m length is suited to close-proximity patching where excess cable should be minimised. The red jacket provides quick visual identification in cable runs.

Advantages

The patch cable combines CAT6 performance with U/UTP shielding to support gigabit Ethernet in short-distance links. Snagless RJ45 connectors protect the connector clip during routing and installation. Gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and resistance to corrosion, ensuring consistent data transfer. Its compact 0.25 m length minimises cable clutter in racks, patch panels, and desktop setups, and the red colour aids in fast visual organisation.

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to the source device (switch, patch panel, or router) and the other end to the target device or adjacent port. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid tight strain on the connectors; the snagless design reduces the risk of clip damage during installation. For best performance, use the cable for connections within its intended short range and within CAT6-supported infrastructures.

Recommendations

Use this 0.25 m patch cable where minimal slack and clear visual identification are important. Avoid running the cable near strong sources of electromagnetic noise for extended lengths; keep within structured cabling practices and maintain proper bend radius to preserve signal integrity.
