ACT ruskea 0,25 m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A datacenter-slimline-patchkaapeli, RJ45-liittimillä ja lukituskielekkeen suojauksella

The ACT Brown 0.25m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A patch cable with snagless RJ45 connectors is a slimline data center Ethernet cable designed for high-speed network connections. With a reduced diameter compared to regular CAT6A patch cords, it supports improved airflow in server racks and network cabinets. The cable uses LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) materials and gold-plated RJ45 contacts for reliable signal transmission and safer behavior in case of fire.

Advantages

This U/FTP CAT6A slimline patch cable has a smaller outer diameter (approx. 3.8 mm) than standard CAT6A cords, which reduces bend radius and allows denser routing while improving airflow inside racks. The snagless RJ45 boots protect the plug latch during installation, and gold-plated contacts help maintain consistent contact quality. The LSZH jacket lowers smoke and toxic emissions in the event of a fire. It is available in a 0.25 m length and comes in brown to match installations where color coding is required.

Suitable for

• Short patching runs in data centers and network cabinets
• High-density rack installations where airflow optimization is important
• Connections between switches, patch panels and servers
• Environments requiring LSZH-rated cabling

Key specifications

• Standard: CAT6A U/FTP
• Length: 0.25 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, snagless
• Jacket: LSZH (low smoke, zero halogen)
• Colour: Brown

How to use

Route the 0.25 m cable between RJ45 ports on devices such as switches, patch panels and servers. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Avoid sharp bends beyond the cable's bend radius and do not place excessive strain on the connectors. For best signal performance, keep the cable length appropriate for the connection point and avoid tight binding with power conductors.

Recommendations

For PoE deployments, limit bundled groupings to a maximum of 24 slimline cables to control temperature rise in accordance with industry guidance; thinner 32 AWG constructions can increase attenuation at higher frequencies, so verify link performance for longer runs and high-frequency applications.
