ACT sininen 3 metriä LSZH U/UTP CAT6 datakeskuksen Slimline-verkkokaapeli RJ45-liittimillä

The ACT Blue 3 meter LSZH U/UTP CAT6 slimline patch cable is designed for high-speed data transmission in datacenters and server cabinets. With a reduced diameter of 3.8 mm compared with standard 5.9 mm CAT6 patch cords, this cable provides improved airflow and easier cable management. The cable uses LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket material and snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts for reliable connections.

Advantages

The slimline U/UTP design reduces cable bulk and lowers the bending radius compared with regular CAT6 patch cords, which helps maintain better airflow in racks and cabinets. The LSZH jacket minimizes toxic smoke and halogen emission in case of fire. Snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts ensure consistent contact quality and reduce wear from repeated plugging.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Datacenter and server cabinet patching where space and airflow are critical
• Patch panels and high-density network installations
• Indoor network connections requiring LSZH-rated cable
• Short to medium permanent link deployments up to recommended lengths for 28 AWG

Key specifications

• Type: U/UTP CAT6 slimline patch cable
• Length: 3 m
• Diameter: 3.8 mm (slimline)
• Conductor gauge: 28 AWG (slimmer construction vs typical 24 AWG)
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Connectors: Snagless RJ45 with gold-plated contacts
• Brand / MPN / EAN: ACT / DC9603 / 8716065404548

How to use

Insert the snagless RJ45 connectors into compatible Ethernet ports on switches, patch panels or network devices until the latch clicks. Route the cable through cable management trays or behind racks, taking advantage of the reduced diameter to fit more connections in high-density environments. Avoid tight bends beyond the specified bending radius and secure bundles to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Although ISO/IEC and TIA standards typically specify 22–26 AWG for patch cords, this slimline cable uses 28 AWG conductors which cause higher attenuation, especially at higher frequencies. ACT recommends using shorter permanent link lengths compared with standard 24 AWG patchcords and limits bundle sizes to a maximum of 24 cables for Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications to help limit temperature rise. Follow current standards (ANSI TSB-184-A) to keep temperature increases below 15 °C above ambient for the centre cable in a bundle.
