ACT USB 3.0 10Gbps 60W USB Type-C® (vasen/oikea kulma) - USB Type-C® (vasen/oikea kulma) -kaapeli, 2 metriä

The ACT AC7488 is a USB 3.0 (USB-A) to USB-C cable engineered for data transfer and power delivery between legacy USB-A hosts and modern Type‑C devices. The cable supports data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps and power delivery up to 60 W, enabling faster file synchronization and device charging compared with older USB 2.0 connections. It is intended for use with laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones and peripherals that accept USB‑C connections.

Advantages

The cable combines high-speed USB 3.0 data throughput with up to 60 W power delivery in a single, compact cable. Its USB-A to USB-C form factor provides compatibility with older hosts while enabling connectivity to current USB‑C devices without requiring additional adapters. The 10 Gbps data capability supports quick transfer of large files and media, and the 60 W power rating is suitable for charging many tablets and smaller laptops as well as smartphones and accessories.

Suitable for

• Transferring large files between a USB-A computer and a USB-C external drive or device
• Charging smartphones, tablets and accessories from a USB-A power source that can supply up to 60 W
• Connecting USB-C peripherals (keyboards, mice, docks) to legacy USB-A hosts
• Syncing and backing up data between devices with different USB connector types

Key specifications

• Connector types: USB-A (USB 3.0) to USB-C
• Maximum data transfer speed: up to 10 Gbps
• Power delivery: up to 60 W
• Supported functions: data transfer and charging

How to use

Connect the USB-A end of the ACT AC7488 cable to a USB-A port on your host device and plug the USB-C end into the target device. For data transfer, ensure the host recognizes the connected device and use the operating system’s file manager or synchronization software to copy or sync files. For charging, confirm the USB-A port or charger can supply sufficient power; power negotiation occurs automatically between compatible devices. Disconnect when transfers or charging are complete.

Recommendations

Use the cable with USB-A ports and chargers that support higher current output to achieve faster charging; avoid forcing connectors and unplug by gripping the connector housing. For consistent performance, keep firmware and drivers up to date on host devices and avoid using the cable with devices that require higher than 60 W power delivery.
