Active Key AK-4100 näppäimistö USB QWERTY englanti valkoinen mini johdollinen 82 näppäintä

The Active Key AK-4100-U is a compact wired keyboard with a mini form factor and a full QWERTY layout. Designed for space-constrained installations such as racks, kiosks and servers, it features a low profile (25 mm) and full-size keycaps (19.05 mm) to provide desktop-like typing in a smaller footprint. The keyboard uses Scissors Balancing key technology to improve key actuation feel and off-center key response, delivering reliable performance for everyday use. It connects via USB and comes in a white finish with an 82-key layout and a 1.8 m cable.

Advantages

Scissors Balancing key guiding enhances tactile feedback and stabilizes keystrokes, including off-center presses. Full-size keycaps provide familiar spacing and key feel despite the mini form factor. The low-profile design saves space and allows installation in shallow or crowded environments while maintaining the functionality of a standard desktop keyboard. The wired USB connection ensures a stable, plug-and-play setup.

For stable operation, route the 1.8 m cable away from obstructions and secure it to avoid strain on the connector.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the keyboard clean and free of debris, and avoid excessive liquid exposure. Use in well-ventilated, dry indoor environments. If used in public kiosks, consider periodic cleaning and inspection to maintain reliable key response.
