Active Key -vaihtonäppäin AK-MXT-1x1-B

When a single worn or damaged keycap compromises the accuracy of a high-use workstation, the Active Key AK-MXT-1X1-B steps in as a precise, OEM-profile replacement that restores the original feel and reliability. Unlike generic keycaps that wobble or fade, this black 1x1 unit is engineered specifically for Active Key MXT series keyboards and keypads, ensuring a perfect cross-stem fit on Cherry MX style switches. Its matte ABS construction and blank legend make it a versatile choice for industrial, medical, POS, and custom input devices where durability and a clean appearance matter.

Highlights

• Exact 1x1 unit size for standard key positions on Active Key MXT series keyboards and keypads
• Compatible with Cherry MX style switches via secure cross-stem mounting
• OEM profile matches the height and angle of original keycaps for consistent typing ergonomics
• Blank, unprinted surface allows custom labeling or a minimalist look
• Matte finish resists fingerprints and glare, even under bright task lighting
• High wear resistance and UV stability keep the keycap looking new after years of daily use
• RoHS compliant ABS plastic for safe use in professional environments

In daily use

Installing the AK-MXT-1X1-B takes seconds: align the cross-stem with the switch and press down until it clicks into place. The keycap sits flush with its neighbours, eliminating uneven key heights that can slow down fast typists. In industrial settings where keyboards face dust, oils, and frequent cleaning, the matte surface wipes clean easily and the UV-resistant material prevents yellowing. For point-of-sale terminals or medical carts, the blank legend offers flexibility—apply your own labels or keep it unmarked for a streamlined interface. Because it matches the OEM profile of the original Active Key keycaps, users experience the same key travel and tactile feedback they are accustomed to, reducing adjustment time and typing errors.
