ADF-erottelurulla HP ADF-erottelurulla automaattiseen asiakirjansyöttöön

Replacement ADF separation roller for automatic document feeder by HP designed to restore reliable sheet separation and feeding in compatible scanners and multifunction printers. This component is intended for routine maintenance and repair of the automatic document feeder (ADF) to reduce misfeeds and paper jams, maintain consistent pickup of individual sheets, and improve overall feeder performance.

Advantages

The HP ADF separation roller is engineered to deliver consistent friction and contact with paper surfaces, helping to minimize double feeds and reduce feeding errors. Its design supports sustained performance in high-volume scanning or copying tasks, and replacing worn rollers helps maintain image throughput and reduce downtime associated with paper handling issues.

Suitable for

• Maintenance and servicing of compatible HP automatic document feeders
• Repairing misfeed and paper jam issues in office scanners and MFPs
• Ensuring reliable sheet pickup for batch scanning and document digitization

Key specifications

• Function: separation and feeding of individual sheets in automatic document feeders
• Compatibility: designed for use with compatible HP scanners and multifunction printers equipped with an ADF
• Material properties: wear-resistant roller surface engineered for paper friction and reliable pickup
• Performance: reduces double feeds and paper jams when installed as part of scheduled maintenance

How to use

Power off the device and consult the service documentation for your specific scanner or multifunction printer model before beginning. Access the ADF assembly according to the manufacturer's instructions, remove the old separation roller, and install the replacement roller in the same orientation. Ensure the roller is seated correctly and that any retaining clips or covers are reinstalled. Perform a test feed with a small stack of typical media to verify correct operation and alignment.

Recommendations

Use rollers appropriate for the device model and replace them as part of regular preventive maintenance. Clean ADF paths and check for debris or damaged media before installation. Replace worn or glazed rollers to maintain reliable feeding, especially when processing large volumes or mixed media types.
