ADF-syöttöhihna Lexmark 40X7749 yhteensopiva useiden Lexmark-tulostimien kanssa

Replacement ADF feed belt Lexmark 40X7749 compatible with various Lexmark printers is a spare part designed to restore reliable paper transport in automatic document feeder (ADF) units. It is intended for service and maintenance of supported Lexmark models and helps to reduce misfeeds and paper jams during scanning or copying by reestablishing consistent feeding motion and pressure within the feeder mechanism.

Advantages

The feed belt is manufactured to match the dimensions and operating characteristics required by compatible Lexmark ADF assemblies. Using a proper replacement belt reduces feed errors, improves document handling consistency and helps maintain scan and copy throughput. Installation of a new belt can extend device uptime and lower the need for further mechanical adjustments or emergency service calls.

Suitable for

• Routine maintenance and preventive servicing of Lexmark ADF-equipped printers and multifunction devices
• Repairing intermittent misfeeds or repeated paper jams originating in the ADF
• Service centres and technicians performing component replacement during scheduled maintenance
• Restoring consistent feeding performance after belt wear or deterioration

Key specifications

• Function: ADF feed belt for paper transport within the automatic document feeder
• Compatibility: Designed for use with compatible Lexmark ADF models (refer to device service documentation for exact model support)
• Material: durable polymer composite engineered for friction and wear resistance in document feeders
• Performance: intended to restore consistent sheet feeding and reduce misfeeds and jams
• Application: service and spare-part replacement for maintenance or repair

How to use

Turn off the printer and disconnect power before servicing the ADF. Open the ADF housing and follow the device service manual or manufacturer instructions to access the feed belt assembly. Remove the worn belt carefully, noting the routing and any retaining clips or tensioners, then install the replacement belt, ensuring correct alignment and tension. Reassemble the ADF housing, reconnect power and perform a test feed or diagnostic scan to confirm correct operation.

Recommendations

Use genuine service procedures and follow safety precautions outlined in the device documentation. Inspect rollers and guides for wear when replacing the belt and clean paper path surfaces to optimise performance. Replace the feed belt at first signs of cracking, glazing or frequent misfeeds to maintain reliable ADF operation.
