Alfa Forni Moderno 3 Pizze puulämmitteinen pizzauuni, antiikinpunainen

Authentic Neapolitan pizza at home demands more than a conventional oven—it requires the intense, wood-fired heat that only a dedicated Italian oven can deliver. The Alfa Forni Moderno 3 Pizze stands apart with its Forno Pronto Technology, reaching 500°C in just 30 minutes and maintaining that temperature with remarkable consistency. Crafted in Italy, this oven brings the performance of a professional pizzeria to your outdoor kitchen, with a double-layer stainless steel dome and ceramic fiber insulation that lock in heat while the exterior remains safe to touch.

Highlights

• Forno Pronto Technology: rapid heat-up and stable temperatures for perfect results every time.
• Double-layer stainless steel dome with ceramic fiber insulation for superior heat retention and efficiency.
• Refractory brick cooking surface (70 x 50 cm) that absorbs and radiates heat evenly, producing a crisp, charred crust.
• Integrated pyrometer for precise temperature monitoring—no guesswork.
• Adjustable flue control to fine-tune airflow and heat distribution.
• Antique red powder-coated finish that adds a bold, elegant statement to any outdoor space.

In daily use

Fire up the Moderno 3 Pizze with hardwood and in half an hour you're ready to slide in up to three 30 cm pizzas simultaneously. The refractory brick floor retains heat so well that you can bake back-to-back pizzas without waiting for temperature recovery. Beyond pizza, the oven excels at roasting vegetables, searing meats, and baking rustic bread—up to 3 kg of dough at a time. The stainless steel door helps control heat during longer bakes, while the pyrometer lets you monitor the chamber temperature at a glance. Cleanup is straightforward: simply brush out the ashes and wipe the powder-coated exterior with a damp cloth.
