How to use

Charge the ring in the provided 200 mAh charging case before first use. Pair the ring with your smartphone using Bluetooth and grant permissions to sync data with Apple Health or Google Fit if desired. Wear the ring on a finger with good skin contact for continuous heart rate, SpO2 and activity tracking.
