AMP RJ45 pistokkeen lukko, punainen, avainpoisto, 1-1871456-2

Network connections in shared or public areas are vulnerable to accidental disconnection and deliberate tampering. The AMP RJ45 Plug Lock physically blocks removal of a standard RJ45 plug, ensuring that critical links stay connected until an authorized person uses the dedicated removal tool.

Who is it for

IT administrators, facility managers, and security personnel who need to protect network ports in offices, schools, data centers, and industrial environments. It suits any setting where an unplugged cable could cause downtime, data loss, or security breaches.

Main features

• Locks onto a standard RJ45 (8P8C) plug, preventing unauthorized or accidental removal.
• Keyed locking mechanism requires the TE Connectivity removal tool (part 1-1871456-1, sold separately).
• Made from red polycarbonate for high visibility and durability.
• Tool-less installation – simply press onto the plug; no special tools needed to fit.
• Halogen-free and RoHS compliant for safer use in enclosed spaces.
