Analoginen/DECT-puhelin Gigaset E560

The Gigaset E560 is an analog/DECT large-key telephone with a wireless handset, 1.8" TFT panorama display, and an address book for up to 150 entries. Designed for simple operation and clear legibility, the phone features extra-large illuminated keys, five-step adjustable volume with a side-mounted "extra loud" button, hearing-aid compatibility (HAC), and ECO DECT energy-saving mode. The Gigaset E560A variant includes an integrated answering machine with up to 25 minutes of recording time and an individual greeting length of up to 170 seconds.

Advantages

The phone combines user-friendly handling and a clear, high-contrast display for easy reading, even in poor lighting. Quick-dial keys and a configurable SOS emergency call function allow fast access to important contacts. Side volume controls and an "extra loud" option provide immediate adjustment for different hearing needs. Additional features include visual call indication with a top-edge LED, baby monitor mode, hands-free acoustics on the base station, and the possibility to expand the system with extra handsets.

• Households with people who have reduced hearing or use hearing aids (HAC compatible)

How to use

Register the handset to the base station following the included quick-start instructions. Use the large navigation key to access the menu and save contact numbers directly to the address book by pressing the central key briefly. Set volume with the side-mounted keys and press the extra loud button for immediate amplification. Program quick-dial keys for frequently called numbers and configure quick-dial key A as an SOS key, storing up to four emergency numbers. For the E560A, operate the answering machine from the base station using the large keys to review or delete messages and to record a personal greeting of up to 170 seconds.

Recommendations

Place additional handsets in commonly used rooms (bedroom, kitchen, hallway) for quick access; enable ECO DECT to minimize radiation in standby and deactivate it only when maximum range is required. For reliable emergency calls, store several contact numbers on the SOS key and record a clear personal emergency message (E560A) so recipients immediately recognise the call.
