In busy retail and hospitality environments, connecting a legacy Epson cash drawer to a modern USB-based POS terminal can be a challenge. The ARTDEV DT105U USB decoder bridges that gap, converting USB commands into the RJ12 kick-out pulse required by Epson-compatible cash drawers. Simply connect the decoder to your POS system via USB, plug in the cash drawer's RJ12 cable, and the drawer opens automatically when a receipt is printed or a manual command is sent.
