AS Schwabe 60368 — 25 m, black, outdoor extension lead is a 25 metre black extension cable designed to extend the reach of power for tools, household appliances and outdoor equipment. The cable is intended for temporary and mobile power connections where additional length is required, providing a flexible line for garden work, construction sites and household tasks. Its design focuses on simple setup, reliable connection and suitability for outdoor conditions.

Advantages

The extension lead offers a long 25 m reach in a single continuous cable, reducing the need for multiple shorter cables and additional connectors. Its black outer sheath provides basic UV and dirt resistance appropriate for outdoor use, and the flexible construction allows easier handling and routing around obstacles. The product is compatible with common mains-powered devices and supports straightforward plug-and-play operation for temporary power supply tasks.

How to use

Unroll the extension lead fully before use to avoid heat buildup and to allow the cable to lie flat without knots. Plug the lead into a properly rated, grounded mains outlet and then connect the appliance or tool to the socket at the other end. Keep connections dry and avoid placing the jointed areas where water can collect. Do not overload the cable — verify that the combined current draw of connected devices does not exceed the rating of the extension lead and the supply circuit.

Recommendations

For safe operation, use the extension lead only for temporary connections and avoid permanent installation. Inspect the cable and connectors for damage before each use, store the lead coiled and protected when not in use, and avoid running the cable through sharp-edged openings or across high-traffic areas without protection. If use is required in wet conditions, ensure devices and connectors are suitable for outdoor wet environments or use additional protection such as weatherproof enclosures.
